jjawin Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "jjawin," "we," "us," "our" refers to the legal entity operating the jjawin platform and all associated services accessible at jjawin.com.
• "Platform" means the jjawin website, all associated sub-domains, mobile browser interfaces, and any software or services offered under the jjawin brand.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a jjawin account.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a player upon successful registration with jjawin.
• "Balance" means the total PKR-denominated funds held in a player's jjawin wallet, including both real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts awarded by jjawin pursuant to a promotional offer, which are subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by jjawin prior to the processing of withdrawals or upon request at any stage of account operation.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked across eligible games before the resulting winnings become withdrawable as real-money funds.
• "Services" means all products available via the jjawin Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, cricket betting, live casino, slot games, instant games, and any other gaming or wagering product made available from time to time.

By registering a jjawin account, accessing the Platform, or using any jjawin Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with jjawin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register for a jjawin account, and you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and its Services.

jjawin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details held on their account.

To register for and use a jjawin account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. jjawin enforces a strict 21+ policy across all Services with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and non-human automated accounts are not permitted to register.
• You must not be a current or former employee of jjawin, or an immediate family member of any jjawin employee, without prior written consent from jjawin management.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either through jjawin or through any multi-operator exclusion scheme to which jjawin is a participant.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended jjawin account. Only one account per person is permitted.

jjawin reserves the right to require KYC verification at any stage of the registration process or account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation — including a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport — may result in account restriction or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jjawin account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. jjawin will never ask you to share your password via any communication channel.

You must notify jjawin support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your registered mobile number or email address has been compromised. jjawin will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security or have shared your login details with a third party.

• You must keep your registered contact details — including your Pakistani mobile number and email address — accurate and up to date at all times.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. Allowing another person to operate your jjawin account on your behalf is a breach of these Terms.
• jjawin reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation if unusual activity is detected, including but not limited to multiple failed login attempts, logins from unrecognised devices, or anomalous betting patterns.
• New device logins trigger an OTP verification step sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. You must complete this verification to proceed.

All jjawin account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jjawin accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and debit or credit card. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed in the jjawin cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your jjawin wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. jjawin is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or any third-party payment intermediary.

• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by account holders who have completed jjawin's KYC verification process, including submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport.
• Withdrawal methods: Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method previously used to deposit on the same account. jjawin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not on record.
• Processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within one business day for fully verified accounts.
• Minimum withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal amounts per method are displayed in the jjawin cashier. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Bonus funds: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to active wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus balance.

jjawin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or requests above specified thresholds. Such checks are conducted in accordance with jjawin's anti-money laundering obligations.

jjawin offers promotional bonuses, free spins, matched deposits, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published at the point of offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jjawin reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion, including exclusion of players who have previously abused promotional offers.
• Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses apply to a player's first qualifying deposit only. Subsequent deposits are not eligible for the same welcome offer.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing wagers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• jjawin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of cancellation will be notified and their earned bonus balance will be honoured subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, matched betting strategies designed solely to extract bonus value, or manipulation of wagering patterns — will result in immediate cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in account suspension.

All bets placed on jjawin's sportsbook — including cricket, PSL, and all other sports markets — and all wagers placed on jjawin casino products are subject to jjawin's product-specific rules, which are published within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the relevant product.

• Bet acceptance: jjawin reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed at erroneous odds or on markets affected by data errors.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per game. These are displayed at the point of bet placement or within the game interface.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided where a market is settled in error, where the underlying event is cancelled, or where jjawin determines that a bet was placed in circumstances of manifest error. Voided bets are returned to the player's balance at the original stake amount.
• In-play betting: Live in-play markets — including ball-by-ball cricket betting — are subject to their own in-play rules. Once a bet is accepted in-play, it will stand regardless of subsequent events unless the market is voided for reasons specified in the in-play rules.
• Casino game outcomes: All casino game outcomes — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant games — are determined by certified random number generation. jjawin does not influence game outcomes after a bet is placed.
• Disconnection: In the event of a disconnection during a game round, jjawin's system records the state of play at the point of disconnection. Rounds already initiated will be completed and settled according to the recorded game state.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjawin Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jjawin reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement — upon identifying any of the following:

• Registering more than one jjawin account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other account process.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access games, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, or error in the Platform software to gain an unfair advantage. Exploitation of errors must be reported to jjawin support immediately — failure to report and instead taking advantage constitutes a breach.
• Colluding with other players, or with jjawin employees, to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or similar strategy specifically designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using VPN or proxy tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jjawin staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the jjawin Platform — including but not limited to the jjawin brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jjawin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jjawin Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any jjawin content without express written permission.
• Using the jjawin brand name or logo in any context not expressly authorised by jjawin.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any jjawin software or game.
• Creating derivative works based on any jjawin intellectual property.

Unauthorised use of jjawin intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

jjawin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for a jjawin account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by jjawin — including your name, Pakistani CNIC details, contact information, and transaction history — is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and the delivery of jjawin Services. jjawin does not sell your personal data to third parties.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by jjawin, subject to jjawin's legal obligations to retain certain data for regulatory compliance purposes. Data requests can be submitted to [email protected].

jjawin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The jjawin Platform is an entertainment service — it is not a source of income, and outcomes cannot be predicted or controlled by players. The statistical house edge means the Platform retains an advantage over players across all products over extended play.

• Age restriction: jjawin strictly enforces a 21+ age requirement. Minors are prohibited from accessing the Platform under any circumstances.
• Self-exclusion: Players may apply for self-exclusion directly from their account settings at any time. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed within the chosen exclusion period.
• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Requests to lower a deposit limit take effect immediately. Requests to raise a limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session limits: Players may set session time reminders and maximum session durations to manage their play time.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications remind players of time spent and amounts wagered during an active session.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjawin's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform and Services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jjawin account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jjawin shall not be liable for any of the following losses, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or otherwise:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of data or information stored in connection with your jjawin account.
• Losses arising from temporary or permanent Platform unavailability, including scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or commentary.
• Losses arising from circumstances beyond jjawin's reasonable control, including acts of God, network failures, regulatory interventions, or third-party payment provider delays.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jjawin's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

jjawin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — jjawin will provide notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the jjawin Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your jjawin account and cease use of the Platform before the amended Terms take effect. Account closure requests can be submitted to jjawin support.

You may close your jjawin account at any time by contacting jjawin support. Upon closure, any withdrawable real-money balance remaining in your account will be processed to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances subject to active wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.

jjawin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as defined in Article 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with the account.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or other legal obligation requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed by jjawin for breach, jjawin reserves the right to withhold withdrawable balances pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, those balances may be forfeited.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjawin holds its operating authorisation.

In the event of a dispute between you and jjawin, you agree to first contact jjawin's support team to attempt resolution informally. The majority of concerns raised by jjawin players are resolved at this stage without escalation.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first notification to jjawin support, either party may refer the matter to the competent dispute resolution authority specified in jjawin's gaming authorisation. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from jjawin support.

You agree that any legal action arising from your use of the jjawin Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction and that you will not bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction.
